What happens if the inspection finds something the listing didn't mention?

You see the inspection report before any money moves. You can walk away at no cost, renegotiate the price with us as your proxy, or accept the car at the original quote. About 4% of cars get renegotiated; less than 1% fall through entirely.

How is VAT handled across countries?

We separate VAT-deductible and margin-scheme cars at the moment you paste the link. For VAT-deductible vehicles we handle intra-EU invoicing so you reclaim in your home country; for margin cars we manage the margin scheme paperwork end to end.

How long does it really take?

Seven days is the median for in-stock European cars. Auction cars and unusual specs can take up to three weeks because of source-country deregistration timelines, but the dashboard shows you the realistic ETA the moment you commit.
