The Omnetic group was established in 2018. Development of the shared Omnetic platform began in 2020, building on the automotive software and data experience of acquired businesses including AutoSoft and TEAS.

Permissions govern access to data. We offer a complete export in a documented format without an exit fee, subject to the contract.
Figures published with methodology
We support published figures with the methodology, cohort, comparison baseline and period. We withdraw unsubstantiated claims.
Implementation by an experienced team
A team familiar with your market and accounting processes manages the transition. We state migration costs separately in advance.
Respect for systems that work
We do not force you to replace systems that work. We offer a documented API and integrations to connect them with Omnetic.

Jakub Šulta
Jakub is co-founder and Chairman of the Board of EAG SE. At Omnetic he leads strategic management, portfolio development and the application of modern technology; previously he founded Košík.cz and helped build online ventures across CEE.
CIO
Petr Kratochvíl
Petr is Investment Director at Omnetic, with experience in M&A, finance and management consulting. After transaction and financial advisory at EY across CEE, he became responsible for acquisitions and financial management at Omnetic.
COO
Viktor Navrátil
Viktor spent 20 years with Škoda, Volkswagen, Volvo and Porsche AG. He brings large-scale IT delivery and global DMS and CRM rollout experience from 22 countries, and built the 100-plus specialist Omnetic DMS team.
CTO
Ondřej Kofroň
Ondřej leads development at Omnetic. His background spans mobile and web development, analysis and architecture, CTO work at U+, and founding Lonely Vertex; he brings experience from more than 70 projects.
CPO
Ondřej Gálik
Ondřej leads platform development and product strategy at Omnetic. Previously Product Director at Česká spořitelna and Austria's Erste, he brings a focus on big data, customer needs analysis and an innovation-led approach.
