Faster turnover
Correctly priced cars sell quickly, which frees capital for reinvestment instead of tying it up on the forecourt.
Price Report
Price Report turns listed and completed-sale data into a recommended price, expected time to sell and an inspectable comparable set, adjusted for equipment and mileage before the number reaches the vehicle record.

Illustrative product data. The recommendation is built from listed and sold comparables after cleansing and normalisation for specification, equipment and mileage.
The pricing problem
If you have ever argued that a car was priced badly, the real dispute was usually the sample: which listings, from when, at what specification and how many were real. Price Report uses machine learning across millions of daily listings and shows its working instead of returning one opaque number.
Correctly priced cars sell quickly, which frees capital for reinvestment instead of tying it up on the forecourt.
Overpricing stalls the sale; underpricing squeezes the margin. Both hurt the bottom line, and only evidence tells you which risk you are taking.
Data-driven fairness builds reputation and repeat business, and real-time adjustment cuts the time spent renegotiating or discounting later.
How the number is built
Listed and sold evidence is cleaned, normalised and positioned before a recommendation is written back to the record.
Current listings tell you what sellers hope for. Completed sales tell you what buyers agreed to. Both are collected, because a price built on asking prices alone drifts upward.
Recognising which cars actually sold, rather than were withdrawn, is the hard part, and it is what makes the sold series usable.
Fake ads, duplicates and suspicious pricing are filtered automatically, so you work only with verified, up-to-date market data.
Fourteen of the fifty-four cars found for our example never belonged in the sample. That is the difference between a valuation and an average.
Each vehicle is broken down by trim level, extras and VIN-verified equipment, so you can see how specific options move market value, and mileage differences are priced rather than ignored.
Low-mileage premiums and high-mileage discounts are quantified, not assumed.
Interactive charts show where your car sits among similar listings: price disparities, days on market and competing offers. A side-by-side view compares price, days, mileage and equipment line by line.
The equipment score says which features set your car apart and where it is missing out.
You get the recommended price, the gap between advertised and achieved prices over six months, and the expected time to sell, so the number can be explained to an owner or a group controller.
Set it, or override it and record why. Either way the reasoning stays on the vehicle.

By role
Bids knowing what the car will sell for and how long it will take, and can justify the bid afterwards.
Prices consistently across a team instead of by individual instinct, and sees which cars are drifting away from the market.
Defends the price in front of a customer with comparable cars on screen rather than a claim about the market.
Knows pricing discipline is a policy with evidence behind it, not a habit that varies by branch.

Turns a single valuation into daily repricing across the whole forecourt.
Supply the candidate and the condition the valuation is adjusted for.

The valuation becomes operational when it flows through stock, inspection and publication.
Outcome & proof
From our own Stock Ageing Benchmark, with method and sample published.
