Omnetic BRAIN™
AI that works inside your dealership, not next to it.
BRAIN™ is not a chat window bolted onto a DMS. It reads the same vehicle and customer record your team does, under the same permissions, and every action it proposes is approved by a person and written to the audit trail.

Vehicle audit trail
One enquiry, five stages
From a portal message to a booked appointment
Every inbound channel lands here. Select a stage to see what enters, what BRAIN does, and what the salesperson receives, including the stage where a person has to agree.
Every enquiry lands on the car it is about
Portal, form, chat, call and walk-in are deduplicated against the customer, given an owner and a due time. The advisor opens one thread rather than four inboxes.
- In
- A portal message about a specific car, including a proposed viewing day and a trade-in.
- BRAIN™
- Matches the returning customer, attaches the listing and opens one opportunity on the vehicle.
- Out
- One thread, one owner, full history and the cars this customer has already seen.
Capture is automatic. Nothing waits for someone to open a second inbox, and nothing is retyped from one.
Scored against what the record already knows
Listing and price position, showroom capacity and the customer history already on the record are evaluated together. None of it is typed in again.
- In
- The same enquiry plus the history and vehicle facts already on the record.
- BRAIN™
- Scores intent, listing quality and price position, and states the reasoning behind each.
- Out
- A ranked action with its argument attached, rather than a number without an explanation.
The score is not the final output. The reasoning is, because a salesperson has to be able to disagree with it.
A person decides, and the decision carries a name
Approve-then-send is configured per action and per site, and defaults to off. Nothing reaches a customer that a person has not agreed to.
- In
- A drafted reply and a suggested viewing slot, held.
- Approval
- Held for the acting role and scoped to the correct rooftop. No other site can approve it.
- Out
- Sent by the salesperson, with the draft, edit and approval recorded.
This is the stage most AI diagrams leave out. It is numbered because it is the stage a compliance reviewer asks about first.
The action happens inside the workflow
The reply, appointment and follow-up are written to the record the salesperson already works in. There is no second inbox or export.
- In
- The approved reply.
- BRAIN™
- Sends it, books the appointment, sets the follow-up and updates the forecast.
- Out
- A booked appointment with the mentioned trade-in already flagged for appraisal.
The trade-in mentioned in the first message is already on the appointment. Nobody has to notice it twice.
What was accepted, edited or rejected comes back
Every suggestion stores its inputs, confidence, approver and outcome. That is how the reasoning improves and how a later audit can explain a change.
- In
- The outcome of the action the person took.
- Audit
- Records accepted, edited and rejected against the vehicle and reports it back to the team.
- Out
- A trail that answers why something changed from the record itself, not from memory.
Your data is used to serve you. Use for shared-model improvement is a contractual choice and defaults to no.

System relationship
A bounded assistance loop
Explanatory sequence based on the published BRAIN™ operating stages. It does not depict autonomous action.
Second scene · stock and pricing
A ranked to-do list, not another dashboard
BRAIN™ audits the whole stock overnight and surfaces the few units where money is actually moving away. Each line states what it found, what it suggests and what it expects to happen.
- Price gap against nearest comparable listings
- Listing quality: photos, description, advertised equipment
- Ageing pressure weighted by margin at risk

Responsible AI
Every question your IT and legal teams will ask
BRAIN™ inherits the platform's permissions, residency and audit trail. It is governed like a colleague with a job description, not like a feature that was switched on.
Human control
Autonomy is set per action and per role: propose, approve-then-send, or send within limits. Pricing, discounts and contracts cannot be fully automated. Any action can be reversed and the reversal is logged.
Data and GDPR
Personal data stays in the EU under the platform's residency rules. Lawful basis, retention and erasure follow the same policy as the DMS record. Customers are told when they are speaking to an assistant.
Models and training
Your data is used to serve you. Whether anything is used to improve shared models is a contractual choice, defaulting to no. Model providers, regions and sub-processor list pending publication.
Permissions
BRAIN™ reads exactly what the acting role may read. A site-scoped assistant cannot see another rooftop's margin, and no prompt can widen that scope.
Auditability
Every suggestion stores its inputs, confidence, the approver and the outcome. You can answer “why did this price change?” months later, from the record itself.
Security
Same infrastructure, encryption and access controls as the rest of the platform — AI is not a side channel around them. Certification list pending verification.
