Integrated where it matters
Naturally integrated with the other tools new car sales depends on, call centre, controlling and the leasing department, rather than exporting to them once a week.
New Car Sales
From the offer a customer accepted to the car standing in the showroom, order, transport, preparation and handover on one record, with the brand's data flowing into it rather than sitting in a separate portal.

A site's order pipeline as the sales manager sees it: four ordered cars, each with its customer, its stage, its date and its status, and the one that is late explained underneath. Sample data, not a dealer's order bank.
The problem
New car sales spans six departments and two companies. When the order lives in a brand portal, the transport in an email and the preparation on a whiteboard, the customer's delivery date is a guess that three people defend separately. Omnetic keeps the whole process in one place, including what is in the showroom right now and what is on the way from the manufacturer.
Naturally integrated with the other tools new car sales depends on, call centre, controlling and the leasing department, rather than exporting to them once a week.
Cars on offer update automatically, available, reserved, sold, so an advisor never promises a car that was sold in another showroom an hour ago.
Configuration and specification data for cars advertised online are generated and guaranteed from the order, not retyped into a website by hand.
The workflow
Offer, record keeping, order, logistics, preparation and handover. Select a stage to see what enters, what Omnetic does, and what comes out.
A clearly arranged database of available cars from across Europe, filtered by the importer's makes and models and by pre-set technical parameters, so the offer is built from what can actually be delivered.
You set when and how offers go out, and campaigns can be planned against the same list.
Records of all communication with the customer sit on the same record as the order, so a delivery question answered in June is still findable in September.
Shared with the call centre, so an inbound call does not start from nothing.
The order goes to the manufacturer and its status comes back onto the vehicle record. Configuration data is guaranteed from the order, which is also what feeds the online listing.
Statistical overviews show what has been offered, ordered and delivered across the showroom.
Where the car is between the factory and your warehouse is part of the record, so the answer to “when will it arrive?” is the same whoever is asked.
A slipped ETA moves the preparation slot with it rather than being discovered on the day.
Accessories, coating, plates and the pre-delivery inspection are a work order in the planner with parts reserved, competing honestly with customer service work for the same bays.
Warehouse gives an overview of cars in stock and simple administration of them.
Invoice, registration, insurance and the handover protocol come from the order that started it, and the margin on this car is final rather than estimated.
The customer then continues as a service and changeover record, not a closed file.
Capabilities
Eight capabilities from the current product, kept whole and grouped by what they are for.
A clearly arranged database of available cars from across Europe, by the importer's specific make and model.
Automatic updating of the cars on offer and their status, available, reserved or sold.
Automatic configuration and a guarantee of the data about cars advertised online.
An overview of the cars in stock online, with simple management and administration of them.
Filtering by pre-set technical parameters, so a search returns cars you could actually sell.
Control over when and how offers are sent to potential customers.
Sales marketing campaigns set up against the same availability data.
Statistical overviews of the cars on offer, per showroom and across the group.
By role
Quotes a delivery date they can keep, and answers “where is my car?” from the screen in front of them.
Sees the order bank by stage, and which cars are ageing in the showroom rather than in transit.
Reads committed stock, bonus-relevant registrations and margin per unit from the same records the showroom uses.
Works from the live configuration and delivery date instead of a forwarded PDF.
Platform & data connections
The three teams around new car sales work on the same order, natively.
Order status, registration and campaign data return from the brand. Per brand.
Pre-delivery preparation is real workshop capacity, not an assumption.
Invoice and stock movement post from the handover event itself.
System relationship
New car sales spans the call centre, controlling, leasing, the brand and the workshop. Each of them works on the same order, and the brand's data returns to the vehicle record rather than staying in a portal.
Outcome & proof
Offer, configuration, transport, preparation and handover stay on one record.
The team and customer work from a confirmed state instead of searching email threads.
Brand feeds and available statuses are confirmed for the specific integration.
Delivery-time or conversion impact is published only after measurement.
