OEMs & importers

You cannot manage a network on a spreadsheet it resents sending.

Replace late, inconsistent submissions with figures produced by the work itself. Dealers not on the platform remain visible as no data, never as an estimate.

The uncovered row is intentionally retained. R-SOL-05 requires honest gaps rather than estimates; coverage and interface availability are confirmed per brand and market.

Best fit
OEMs and importers with a meaningful share of dealers already running Omnetic in one or more markets.
Operational job
Collect comparable campaign, stock, service, warranty and registration data as a by-product of dealer work, within the exact scope the brand agreement permits.
What you get
Campaign and warranty evidence from covered dealers, with data gaps visible.

The submission problem

Why network data is always late and always disputed

A dealer filling in your template is translating their reality into your definitions, from memory, on a Friday. Every step of that introduces error nobody can audit afterwards.

Stock and ageing

A snapshot on the day they remembered, with ‘days in stock’ meaning three different things

Campaign uptake

Counted by hand, weeks late, so a stalled campaign is discovered after it mattered

Service throughput

Job counts without hours, so you cannot tell busy from inefficient

Warranty quality

Claims arrive with thin evidence and get queried, which costs both sides

Registrations

Retyped into a portal, so bonus disputes are about data entry rather than sales

Certified-used compliance

A checklist in a folder at the dealer, audited by visiting

One campaign, one quarter

Five things an importer does that a dealer never has to

Each one currently depends on dealers doing you a favour. Select one.

A campaign that reaches the vehicle, not the inbox

A bulletin depends on one person at each dealer reading it and remembering. Eligibility written onto the vehicle means the next time that car is booked, the campaign is already on the job. The dealer does not have to want to help. They just have to open the car.

You send
Campaign 24-C, affected VIN range, labour allowance
Omnetic
Flags eligibility on each matching vehicle across every dealer on the platform
Dealer sees
The campaign inside the next booking, priced and attributed to you

Data governance

The dealer's data is the dealer's. You see what the agreement defines.

This is the sentence that decides whether a network programme is adopted or resisted. An importer who can see a dealer's whole business will not be trusted with any of it. So brand visibility is scoped explicitly, the dealer can see exactly what you can see, and every read is logged on both sides.

Every brand read is logged and visible to the dealer. The exact scope is contractual per brand and per market, and this table is the shape of that conversation rather than a published entitlement.

Outcome & proof

Four people at the importer

1

Network development manager

Visits dealers to develop the business rather than to collect a spreadsheet, and arrives already knowing which conversation to have.

2

Aftersales director

Sees throughput with hours attached, so a busy dealer and an inefficient one stop looking identical.

3

Warranty manager

Receives claims with evidence, which cuts query cycles in both directions and makes fraud easier to spot honestly.

4

Data protection officer

Gets a scoped, logged, contractual boundary instead of a spreadsheet emailed monthly with whatever the dealer happened to include.

What an importer asks first

Programme start

How a network programme starts

Step 1

Coverage

How many of your dealers are already on the platform, per market. This comes first because it determines whether there is a programme at all.

Step 2

Scope

What the brand may read, agreed with dealers rather than imposed on them, and written into the agreement.

Step 3

One campaign

Run a single real campaign through it. Uptake visible per dealer is the proof, and it is cheap to test.

Step 4

Widen

Warranty evidence, network comparison and remote certified-used audit, in whatever order your standards need.

Ask how much of your network is covered

Coverage per brand and market decides whether the programme is useful. It is the first answer, including when it is not enough to proceed.

Tell us about your network
  1. Live, comparable definitions

Stock, ageing and throughput come from events instead of Friday templates.

  2. Campaign on the vehicle

Eligibility and completion follow the VIN and work order, not an inbox bulletin.

  3. A visible data boundary

The dealer sees what the brand can read; every access is scoped and logged.
