One record, two views
Everything the buyer adjusts, asks or signs is written to the opportunity in CRM, so nothing has to be retyped and nothing is lost when the conversation moves indoors.
Digital Deal
An interactive offer the buyer can adjust, ask questions about and sign, remotely or at the desk. Everything they do lands on the same opportunity your advisor is working in.

One deal from two chairs: on the left the customer's live offer for the Octavia, the vehicle, the trade-in, the amount to finance, the term they moved to 48 months, the monthly figure and the cover they added, with the control to review and sign; on the right the advisor's view of the same opportunity, showing what changed, the question asked and answered, and the margin protected. Between them, the four things that crossed. Sample data, not a customer's deal.
The problem
A customer configures something on a website, then arrives and starts again with a person who cannot see what they did. Or a remote sale happens over email and PDFs, outside the system, until somebody types it back in. Digital Deal is the same deal seen from two sides. The customer's screen and the advisor's screen are one opportunity.
Everything the buyer adjusts, asks or signs is written to the opportunity in CRM, so nothing has to be retyped and nothing is lost when the conversation moves indoors.
The same offer works on a customer's sofa and on a tablet across the desk. The signature method changes; the deal does not.
The buyer's identity, their vehicle and their service history carry forward, so the first service booking is not a new relationship.
The connected journey
Five stages, each visible to both sides. Select one to see what enters, what Omnetic does, and what comes out.
The advisor builds the offer from the vehicle record: price, condition, the trade-in already valued, finance and insurance options. It goes to the customer as something they can interact with.
Because it comes from the record, the photos, the equipment and the inspection findings are the real ones.
The buyer moves the finance term, adds or removes insurance and sees the monthly figure change. What they can adjust is decided by you.
Discounting is not in their hands. The term is margin-neutral and optional products add to it, so nothing the customer can reach erodes the deal, and every change is visible to the advisor as it happens.
Chat sits on the offer itself, so “is the winter set included?” is asked in context rather than in an email that starts by re-explaining which car.
The thread lands in CRM against the same opportunity, and BRAIN™ can draft the reply for the advisor to approve.
The customer reviews the documents and signs, at home or in the showroom on a tablet. Consents are captured explicitly and separately from the contract.
Which signature methods are available, and what counts as valid, is configured per market and per document type. No signature, identity or payment vendor is named here.
The signed deal posts its invoice and stock movement, opens the preparation work order, and books the handover, the same as a sale agreed in the showroom, because it is the same deal.
The customer continues as a service and changeover record rather than as a closed web enquiry.
Capabilities
Everything here is in Omnetic's current published description of Digital Deal. Nothing beyond it is claimed.
Built from the vehicle record, with real photos, equipment and findings.
Terms the customer can move, within limits you set. Partner-dependent.
Cover added or removed inside the offer. Partner-dependent.
Already valued, so the figure the customer sees is the real one.
Questions asked in context, threaded onto the opportunity.
The customer signs where they are. Methods configured per market.
The same deal signed on a tablet at the desk.
Captured explicitly and timestamped, apart from the contract.
Every action writes to the opportunity, no retyping, no parallel deal.
The buyer is the same customer afterwards, not a new one.
History and the first service carry forward from the sale.
You decide what the customer may change, and what needs an advisor.
By role
Reviews a real offer in their own time, asks a question without composing an email, and does not repeat themselves when they visit.
Sees what the buyer is looking at and what they changed, so the follow-up call starts from something real.
Sets which levers customers may pull, so remote selling does not become remote discounting.
Gets consents captured separately and timestamped, with the document version that was signed retained.
Platform, security & integrations
The opportunity and the vehicle record both sides are working on.
The offer link is scoped to one deal; every view, change and signature is logged. EU residency as elsewhere.
Finance, insurance, identity and signature services connect as configured partners. None named until agreements allow.
Drafts answers to questions asked on the offer, for a person to approve.
System relationship
Digital Deal writes to the opportunity CRM keeps and the vehicle record under it, logs every view and signature under the platform's security rules, connects its partners through Open Platform, and lets BRAIN™ draft what the advisor approves.
Outcome & proof
Customer and advisor work on the same offer and every change returns to one opportunity.
Signature, time and document version remain part of the deal trail.
Available signature methods and their legal use are confirmed per market.
Completion impact is published only for a defined cohort.
